How Do I Place An Order?​

Placing an order has never been more easy. After selecting your desired "DEVA" wear simply click the "Add to Cart" Button displayed below the item. Once added to your cart, you may complete placing your order by clicking the "Check out" Button on the bottom of your cart page and filling out the required information. If you need help processing your order please feel free to go to the Contact Us page so we can help further assist you.

 

Payment & Shipping

Payments are accepted immediately and are processed within 24 hours from the moment you place your order. However, we ask that you give us 3-5 business days in order to process and ship out your items. All items are Handmade no matter the origins of creation and our teams produced your items on demand. Therefore depending on the size of your order will determine the production time.

 

*Please note: Shipping is free on all orders, unless you would like an expedited service. We use the United States Postal Service so shipping times may varry depending on the size and distance of travel. Furthermore, you may get your orders in multiple packages or in a combined shipment, which all depends on the stock options available at the time and/or size of your order. Once your order is placed you will receive emails with a confirmation number, as well as, updates and tracking numbers pertaining to your order. Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We currently accept all payment types Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and for those customers who prefer to keep their card information concealed we also accept Paypal. We use "https" for customer added security, which aids in the safe transfer of customers data during transactions to keep prying eyes from viewing your sensitive personal data. We vow to treat & guard all of our customers personal information as safe as we would guard our own!



 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after date of delivery (when you receive your order). All return items must be unworn, unwashed, all tags are still intact on clothing, as well as in original packaging and/or boxes. If you decided to return any items with worn marks, washed, tags ripped off, or missing packaging a partial refund will be issued instead. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping at this time. If you would like to start a return process please Contact Us to begin.
